1. At least 5 years of experience in SAP PP, MM, PS, EWM, SD Module
2. Advanced MS Office (Excel, PPT, Project)
3. Lean Manufacturing
4. Production Planning, Scheduling, SAP MRP
5. Raw material planning and forecasting
6. Inventory Management

• Ensuring optimum inventory level along with variance analysis

1. Progress reporting

• Preparation of Production Report and Dashboards/MIS for management

1. Capacity Planning

• Analyze the production capacity against Customer Demand and the project the necessary steps to meet the customer demand

1. Collaboration with CFT for production issues resolution
2. Risk management

• Identifying potential risk and developing contingency plans

1. In depth knowledge of SAP PP/MM process flow, material flow in SAP and ability to exploit data from SAP
2. Experience in ECN Management & Product Improvement (PI) co-ordination
3. Experience in handling Audits
