PACE Outreach & Sales Specialist(Riverside)

Join Neighborhood Healthcare as an Outreach & Sales Specialist for our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program, where your sales instincts help grow our census and bring life-changing care to seniors in our community.

In this role, you’ll build a network of trusted referral partners, generate leads through genuine community relationships, and guide prospective participants from first conversation to enrollment. This is a hybrid position(4 days remote & 1 day onsite). Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm. This position is open to applicants in Riverside and San Bernadino County.
