• Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
• Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy
• Coordinate care with families, physicians and clinical teams
• Support infection control and regulatory compliance
• Lead clinical training and support staff development
• Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements What You’ll Bring:
• Active RN license
• Experience in assisted living, hospital or long-term care
• Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
