- Licenses: Must be licensed or eligible in Alabama
- Certifications: Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
- Experience: Internal Medicine residency trained
- Other Qualifications: Experience with diverse patient populations preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overnight coverage for ED unassigned patients requiring admission
- Co-manage critical care patients with intensivist support
- Perform admissions, transfers, and inpatient consults
- Work collaboratively with subspecialists and support teams
- Participate in teaching through ACOM and ACGME residency programs
