Posting Title: Urologist Industry: Medical Salary: ₹5LPM to 5.15LPM Work Experience: 0-1 year --- Summary: We are looking for a recent postgraduate Urologist to join our advanced urology team. This role offers hands-on experience in endourology, laparoscopic and open surgery, uro-oncology, and renal transplantation. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to clinical excellence and continuous learning.
--- Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations and interpret diagnostic tests. Perform cystoscopy and manage kidney stones using ureteroscopy, SWL, and PCNL. Carry out TURP, TURBT, and prostate surgeries. Support uro-oncology care including surgical management of genitourinary cancers. Assist in renal transplant procedures and post-transplant care.
Collaborate with specialists to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Stay updated with clinical advancements and participate in quality initiatives. --- Requirements: MBBS with DNB/MD in Urology from a recognized institution. Proficiency in endourology, laparoscopy, and open urological surgery.
Experience in kidney stone management and key procedures (TURP, TURBT). Familiarity with uro-oncology and renal transplant protocols. Competency in cystoscopy and endoscopic techniques. Strong clinical and communication skills. Valid NMC license and medical registration. Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting with on-call duties.
