Job description
Job Summary/Objective: The Porter/Floor Technician is responsible for the daily cleaning, maintenance, and care of common areas, non-residential spaces, and floor surfaces throughout the community. This role also provides essential support for tasks such as move-in preparations, delivery assistance, and room setups. The Porter/Floor Technician collaborates closely with housekeeping and laundry teams, cross-training to assist each department as needed.
