Job description
The Facility Supervisor, Maintenance ensures the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all building systems and amenities, including pools and HVAC equipment, while upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards. This role coordinates and supervises contractors, manages maintenance tasks, and supports the oversight of housekeeping services to deliver a positive member and guest experience.
Responsibilities include
supporting departmental budgeting, overseeing supply inventory, and assisting in staff recruitment, training, and scheduling. The position also involves responding to facility emergencies and assuming operational leadership in the absence of the Facility Manager.
