Job Description We are seeking a Senior Construction Supervision Engineer (Electrical Works) to oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical installation works on construction projects.
The successful candidate will supervise contractors, monitor construction progress, verify adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements, and support the successful commissioning of electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and inspect electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, and quality standards. Monitor construction activities related to power supply systems and electrical infrastructure. Review project documentation, drawings, technical specifications, and construction schedules.
Ensure compliance with applicable local and international standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Coordinate with contractors, project teams, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Conduct quality control inspections and support testing and commissioning activities. Review and verify as-built documentation and technical reports.
Identify construction issues and recommend corrective actions. Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project records. Promote adherence to Occupational Health & Safety, environmental, and industrial safety requirements. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in construction supervision of electrical works and power supply facilities. Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, construction methodologies, and commissioning processes. Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations, including PUE, PTEEP, ShNK, KMK, IEC, ISO, GOST, and O‘z DSt.
Understanding of construction documentation, technical specifications, design drawings, and as-built documentation. Experience with quality control, testing, inspection, and acceptance procedures for electrical systems. Knowledge of occupational health & safety, industrial safety, fire safety, and environmental requirements.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and project documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard business applications.
