Temping/Outsourcing Recruitment Administrator/Specialist/Executive (part-time - recruiting from Malta only)

A Temping/Outsourcing Recruitment Administrator/Specialist/Executive is responsible for managing their desk, including sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and delivering employee hiring solutions. This role involves a combination client account management, and talent acquisition, as well as business development depending on pipeline.

The ideal candidate will also contribute to recruitment strategy, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment for temping/outsourcing roles. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements. Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and converting new business opportunities. Monitor and apply HR and recruitment compliance standards. Prepare and present regular reports and recruitment analytics.

Represent the company professionally in both local and international markets.

Requirements

Upper-intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Native knowledge in one and professional working knowledge in the other in terms of the Spanish and Portuguese languages. 1 year of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in Malta and with a recruitment agency would be an asset.

Strong interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter would be an asset.

Benefits

A gross monthly salary between 750 and 1000 euros will be offered, depending on the level of the role, qualifications and experience.
