Associate Administrator - Surgery

Responsible for working with the Chairman, Senior Administrator, and Surgical faculty in directing the management of clinical operations and assigned administrative functions of all PA services which may consist of all PA multiple divisions and locations.

EDUCATION

and/or EXPERIENCE

Masters Degree in Business or Health Care related field and a minimum of 7 years managerial experience in an academic Medical Center. - or - Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration and minimum of 10 years managerial experience in an academic medical center Demonstrated knowledge and experience in health care reimbursement, clinical operations and related information systems Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements
