Retail Store Associate - Part Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed family-owned meat market in Justin, TX and we are looking to hire a dependable Part-Time Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service while assisting with stocking, receiving inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store Schedule Part-time Consistent weekly schedule with flexibility based on employee availability Weekend and some evening availability may be required What You’ll Do Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with exceptional service Stock shelves, coolers, and displays throughout the day Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory Rotate products and maintain accurate inventory presentation Keep the sales floor, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized Package customer purchases and assist with carry-outs when needed Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions Assist with opening and closing duties Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations What We Are Looking For Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail, grocery, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Additional Requirements Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, reliable, dependable, and punctual Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift & lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move for extended periods Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple store locations What You Can Expect Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
