Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Water Resources/Stormwater

Halff is seeking a Civil/Stormwater Engineer to join our expanding Water Resources Engineering team as Project Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead & manage water resources projects, delivering hydrologic & hydraulic analyses, drainage & watershed management, FEMA floodplain analysis, & early‑stage design solutions for both public & private stormwater infrastructure projects.

5+ years of project management experience in water resources engineering, hydrology, hydraulic modeling, & related civil engineering disciplines. Technically strong, solutions‑oriented professional who thrives on helping communities & developing cost‑effective, maintainable, & sustainable designs for municipalities, government agencies, & private developers.
