Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager will support Retail Business Bankers, Account Managers and Sr Account Managers, in ensuring that Alterna attains its growth objectives and manages its existing commercial and business portfolio by assisting both new and current accounts in meeting their business needs. The Associate Account Manager will liaise with portfolio managers in reviewing and managing the portfolio of small to medium sized commercial accounts.

Under their guidance, they will support all aspects of portfolio management including performance of revenue growth initiatives, credit quality assessment and furthering the member relationship by identifying and providing for account needs for credit, deposit and other products and services.
