Production Supervisor (Nigh Shift)

Essential Duties

& Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and performance management to the Day Shift Accountable for delivering operations plan and the items assigned within the shift plan Identify improvement opportunities that may lead to implementation of solutions Ensure that constraints are proactively managed, and the desired results are delivered on a daily basis Identify maintenance needs and initiate appropriate work requests
