Job description
Primary Purpose of the Job The incumbent is accountable to assist Shift Supervisor for normal, routine, and non-routine operations. Directly contributes in maintaining operation of vital facilities. Incorrect operation during shutdown or startup could result in serious consequences. The incumbent is required to work in rotating shifts; required to work extended hours as per work requirement.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2 Years technical training - like CNAQ Diploma or equivalent.
- 7 Years of operations experience in multiple units of Refinery / Chemical Plant.
- Must achieve minimum Level 4 English competence.
- Team Leadership/Surveillance / analysis & vigilance skills and control.
- Good knowledge of Operational Procedures.
- Full working knowledge of relevant units and protection system.
- Undergone HSE related trainings Educational Qualifications Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent. Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent.
