Responsibilities

Review assigned accounts for collection efforts. Make professional outbound calls to collect payments while maintaining good customer relations. Resolve customer billing issues and reduce account delinquency by ensuring proper application of payments. Collect payments according to due dates. Identify reasons for account delinquency and discuss them with account managers.

Monitor assigned accounts and collection reports. Follow up on payment arrangements. Send emails to encourage payment on delinquent accounts. Assist with month-end closings and annual financial audits. Complete all tasks accurately and on time. Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required. Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident personality. Proficiency with computers and relevant software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, debt solutions, or payment solutions (preferred experience with McLeod software).
