3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience Experience working with refrigeration systems Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills for HVAC equipment Ability to communicate technical information clearly with customers Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions Sales-focused approach with the ability to generate and close opportunities High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating weekends Climate Mechanical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
