• NORTHERN SUBURBS, CPT Hybrid work model (4 office days, 1 work-from-home day) An established and growing financial services group is looking for a commercially minded Group Financial Manager to join its leadership team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a finance professional who understands the unique challenges of their niche finance environment, and enjoys working across multiple entities in a dynamic business. Your experience should include: Group financial management and consolidations Financial services, lending, credit or banking experience Treasury and cash flow management Loan book accounting and interest income IFRS reporting, month-end and year-end reporting Audit and statutory compliance Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Developing financial controls and improving processes Partnering with executive management on commercial decisions Requirements We're looking for: SAIPA or CIMA qualification Finance Degree and articles Proven Group Financial Management experience Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Advanced Excel and financial systems experience Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment Benefits Attractive salary package aligned to experience.
