Job description
As a Sr. Manager, Monitoring & Testing, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Vancity’s Regulatory Compliance Monitoring and Testing program. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, risk-based testing that assesses control effectiveness, identifies gaps, and drives remediation actions across the organization.
You will provide leadership in challenging stakeholders, strengthening compliance maturity, and delivering actionable insights that support sound risk management. We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented leader with deep compliance expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence across business functions.
