Customer Service/ Sales Support

Industry leader with highly desirable products & an exceptional level of service. Permanent position directly with the company: Regular work hours (Monday to Friday) 7:00am to 3:30pm. An hourly rate of $25-27.50 plus super & future career progression opportunities. About the Company… The Company is a well-established leading organisation, that has gained a solid reputation for their highly professional business packaging solutions for global export.

Having a unique range of selected packaging products, they service various industry sectors such as mining, infrastructure, defence, logistics, aerospace and general manufacturing. About the Position… In this position, you will be required to effectively liaison with customers and providing support for the sales team.

You will be required to answer in-bound phone-related enquires, following up with customers, resolving any concerns or issues if they arise and provide customers with estimated timeframes around their product distribution. Further duties include; Preparing quotations and entering sales orders Entering data into the company ERP system Ensuring all administration and documentation are completed efficiently Liaising with internal departments to ensure the delivery of goods.

The Ideal Candidate will have… Previous experience in customer service, or a similar sales support role. Commitment and drive to succeed with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
