An international technology company is searching for a Senior Sales Director to drive its next phase of growth across the US and Canada. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll take ownership of new market opportunities, build relationships with executive decision-makers, and close large-scale enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do Shape and execute the go-to-market plan for North America, focusing on new strategic business opportunities. Lead complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders, from first conversation through to signed contract. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ transformation goals and aligning them with tailored technology solutions.
Partner with internal experts across product, marketing, and delivery to ensure long-term value for clients. Represent the business at key industry events and establish a strong network across the market. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within technology or services. Experience managing multi-stakeholder, consultative deals with a 12-18 month sales cycle and an average deal size of 350-800K at the executive level.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizations. A structured approach to sales (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar). Confidence engaging with senior leaders across both business and technology functions. Based in or open to relocating to a major North American financial hub, with flexibility to travel.
