Influencer Marketing Associate Location: Bangalore (In-Office) Experience: 0–2 Years Working Days: Monday – Saturday About the Role We are looking for a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Associate who will help manage influencer collaborations from ideation to final content delivery. The role requires strong coordination skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work closely with creators and agencies to produce engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and scout relevant influencers through agencies and in-house research for collaborations and brand campaigns. Coordinate with influencers and agencies for campaign planning, content shoots, and creative requirements. Assist in script ideation and content concepts for influencer collaborations. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation and briefing to production and publishing.
Communicate and coordinate with creators to ensure smooth execution of content production and timelines. Support on-ground shoots by assisting with creative direction, lighting, and camera setup when required. Maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators. Track and ensure timely delivery of content assets for campaigns.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or social media marketing. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to communicate in multiple languages is preferred. Good understanding of camera, lighting, and basic content direction. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and digital content. Good to Have (Brownie Points) Experience working with mom influencers or kid-focused creators. Prior involvement in content shoots or creator-led campaigns.
