Sr. Sustaining Engineer, Electromechanical Systems

As a Sr. Sustaining Engineer, you will focus on maintaining and improving existing products to ensure consistent quality, performance, and on-time delivery.

Your responsibilities

include troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues on a short time frame, implementing design enhancements, and coordinating changes with Quality Assurance, Operations, and R&D teams. You will conduct root cause analysis, lead value engineering initiatives, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency.

Additionally, you will manage and document engineering changes using CAD software and PLM systems, ensuring compliance with customer and engineering standards.
