Job Title: Sales Representative (French language) - i. Gaming Industry Location: Office-based About the Role We are looking for a motivated French-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in the online casino industry. The role is focused on outbound sales activities with existing clients, aiming to strengthen relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls to new players, introducing them to the brand and platform.
• Explain available games, promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs in a clear and engaging way.
• Provide information about responsible gaming tools and promote safe play.
• Build strong customer relationships by creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Identify customer interests to personalize recommendations and encourage engagement.
• Handle basic technical questions (login, deposits, withdrawals) and escalate when needed.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and company procedures during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document call outcomes and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collect insights from first-time users to help improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Fluent French (C level or higher) is a must
• Good command of English (B2 or above)
• Previous experience in i. Gaming, FX is highly desirable
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
