Requirements

What It Takes to Run & Win the Role To succeed on this team, you must meet our baseline standards and be ready to execute the daily playbook: Run Pre-Set Appointments: You must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to homeowners' properties across our territory.

(No roof climbing required). Consult & Design: Use your exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deliver dynamic presentations and build trust with homeowners. Close the Deal: You must be comfortable working in a performance-driven, high-reward W-2 commission environment where you can navigate complex conversations and ask for the business on a one-call close basis.

Own the Process: You must be process-oriented and disciplined. This means keeping CRM data tight, executing electronic contracts via an iPad, and actively participating in weekly training camps. What Your Week Looks Like We keep your pipeline consistently full so you can maintain momentum. You will run 10 to 12 pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments per week (typically 2 appointments per day).

Our appointments follow a consistent, structured weekly flow when homeowners are actually available to meet: Monday – Friday Appointments: 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM slots Saturday Appointments: 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM slots (Saturdays are mandatory game-days for our team).
