Regional Property Supervisor (Oahu, HI)

This position is for a full time Property Supervisor in Oahu and will oversee a portfolio in Oahu, Hawaii. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ years of multi-site property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines and must have Hawaii Real Estate license or be willing to get one within 9 months of hire.

Strong supervisory skills desirable. Salary range: $85,500 - $136,800 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $85,500 - $111,150 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
