Reporting to Team Lead R&D Operations/ Team Lead Seed Production/ Agronomist Purpose Ensure the effective routine care and treatment of crops, contributing to the success of plant breeding programs. Maintain a healthy, safe working environment while adhering to breeding protocols. Geographical Scope 1 location Operational Level Operational Key Accountabilities
- Care and treatment of crops and trials.
- Execution of emasculations and crossings according crossing scheme
- Harvesting of crossings, seeds and fruits of the crops.
- Participation in all crop care, seed extraction, cleaning and/or breeding support activities.
- Daily functional guidance of seasonal workers.
