Cluster Head-

· Train and Manage Sales Manager and Executive Team.

• Generate Home Loan, Auto Loan, Credit Card, CASA etc. leads from open markets and through different channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s.
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan/CASA/Credit Cards events.
• Handle product queries and service issues.
• Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan, and personalized service to clients.
• Ensure the achievement of the given business target.
• Handle and engage DSA for sourcing of Business.
• Responsible for knowing and complying with all legal requirements as per the law of land.
• Monitoring team on functioning as per the regulatory guidelines.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

Graduate from any discipline. Minimum 4 Years of relevant team handling experience preferably in Housing Loan, Vehicle Loan, Credit Card & CASA. Min Age 21- Max Age 45 as on 01.01.2025 Locations- Bangalore,Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhubneshwar, Jaipur, Amritsar, Raipur, Patna, Dehradun, Nagpur, Guwahati, Durgapur, Ranchi, Varanasi, Trivandram.
