What you will do
A Para-professional provides daily support of the education team when needed. The Para-professional works as a staff member of the Education Department team. Primarily responsible for implementing and adhering to the principles of the Positive Organizational Culture and providing instructional services to students. The Para-Professional does create lesson plans and directly work with youth on site supporting them in education time The Paraprofessional reports to the Educational Resource Coordinator.
