Supports all clinical and operational activities necessary to achieve and maintain high standards of clinical quality, financial sustainability, patient and visitor safety, service excellence, and customer satisfaction within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. Provides direct supervision and leadership to nursing and clinical support staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, patient-centered care and the effective execution of clinical operations. Manage clinical support-staff performance, clinical workflows, staff orientation, education, clinical skills competency, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.
