Matrix Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support a quadriplegic patient with daily care needs beginning June 14, 2026. Location: Pembroke Pines Schedule: Daily shifts from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 7 Days Per Week Responsibilities Include: Personal care assistance Companion care and patient support Assistance with mobility and activities of daily living Light housekeeping and meal assistance Maintaining a safe and supportive environment Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) 1-2 years' experience preferred Experience working with quadriplegic patients preferred Experience with Hoyer lift transfers preferred Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Ability to work consistent daily shifts Strong communication and patient care skills Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
