Job description
Responsible for providing nutrition education and counseling to GFC patients. The Registered Dietician will assess, plan, document, and evaluate the plan of care in accordance with the nutrition care process and department guidelines. Sees patients individually and/or in a group setting. Receives direction from: Clinic DON, Hospital DON, Senior Director of Operations.
Works cooperatively with: Primary Care, Specialty Care Departments, Hospitalists, Dietary Manager, Clinical Managers, nursing.
