The Grid Resiliency General Foreman is a senior field leader responsible for overseeing the construction, maintenance, and repair of transmission and distribution systems—both overhead and underground. This role combines hands-on crew supervision with high-level project execution, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Grid Resiliency General Foreman serves as the primary link between field crews and project management, coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
