Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one and group counseling sessions focused on emotional wellbeing, stress management, and personal development. Support student-athletes in managing academic responsibilities alongside athletic schedules and commitments. Assist in creating personalized academic and career development plans, including college applications and post-secondary pathway exploration.
Partner with coaches, academic advisors, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent, coordinated support. Lead and facilitate workshops on time management, goal setting, mental wellness, and career readiness. Monitor student progress and proactively identify and address academic or emotional challenges. Maintain accurate, confidential records and adhere to institutional policies and ethical guidelines.
