Job description

We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire for multiple roles across their compliance team at Associate/Senior Associate level. These positions are across Pensions Compliance, Compliance Support (ESG Regulatory Compliance) and Wealth Management Compliance.

Responsibilities

Pensions Compliance Oversee compliance with pension regulatory requirements Monitor Regulatory Developments and ensure alignment with policies and client offerings Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust oversight of pension obligations Compliance Support (Including ESG) Support compliance monitoring and reporting across the business Assist in implementing regulatory change, including ESG regulation Provide guidance to business units and help embed regulatory expectations Wealth Management Compliance Play a key role in the compliance team ensuring the firm meets its regulatory requirements, particularly under MiFID regulations Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's compliance framework including policies and procedures Conduct compliance assurance activities and working with more senior colleagues, provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters Requirements of these Senior Compliance Associate Jobs: Third level degree or equivalent experience in financial services,wealth management, pensions, risk or compliance Experience in on or more areas: Operational Risk, Pensions Regulation, Compliance Monitoring, Wealth Management/Asset Management Oversight, ESG Regulation Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines Team player with flexibility and initiative This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a highly reputable firm.
