ACG_3720_JOB Our client is a leading apparel manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Develop and oversee the company’s overall HR strategy to support the achievement of business objectives across the Head Office and factories. Develop HR policies and short-term and long-term learning and development strategies to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments and support line managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures. Take a key role in building an organizational culture that upholds the highest standards of business performance and professional conduct. Manage the company’s recruitment requirements, including implementing and continuously improving a robust recruitment process.
Oversee payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits. Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end IT process. Manage all HR administrative activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director and CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR management within a multinational or manufacturing company. Experience in the garment industry is an advantage. A strong track record in Human Resources, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gained in a multinational company. Thorough knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations relating to employment and human resources.
Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and maintain a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to communicate effectively with the Board of Directors and colleagues. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Native Vietnamese speaker with strong written and spoken English skills.
