Project Engineer

Job Description – Project Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Leading Contracting Company Projects: High-Rise Building, Riverton & Villa Projects Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects with good knowledge of site operations, technical coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction activities. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress. Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance. Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Coordinate material approvals, inspections, and technical submissions. Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering support. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements. Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of milestones.

Coordinate with MEP, civil, and other disciplines for effective project execution. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects. Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination. Experience working with contracting companies in UAE is an advantage.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage site activities and work under project deadlines.
