Oracle Finance Functional Consultant - Freshers

We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers who have completed Oracle Fusion Financials Training and are ready to begin their careers as Functional Consultants. As part of our Financials team, you will work on real-world implementations, assist in system configurations, and support finance process automation using Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules

• GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. Assist in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and user testing. Participate in end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support. Analyze financial processes and propose system-based solutions. Support month-end activities, reconciliations, and functional issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project delivery.

Requirements

Oracle Fusion Financials training (mandatory) with hands-on exposure to key modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Strong understanding of core accounting principles - journals, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting concepts. 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
