Facilities Maintenance Worker I - Full Time - Trade Center - G115

Performs maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning system; changes filters; checks pneumatic systems.   Assists customers by providing lighting, electrical, and temperature control services.  Maintains and repairs lighting systems, changes bulbs and other components. Installs and repairs kitchen equipment.

Installs wallpaper; performs carpentry work; paints. Replaces motors and belts.  Repairs plumbing systems. Ensures that emergency equipment is current and in working order.  Provides electrical hookups for indoor and outdoor activities.  Services and repairs boilers and pumps.  Services and repairs sprinkler system.  Performs other related duties as assigned.
