The Transmission Production Supervisor is a frontline operational leader responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of daily production activities within assigned transmission remanufacturing stations. This role serves as the primary leader and problem-solver for operators, ensuring that production goals are met through strong floor presence, clear expectations, disciplined execution, and active performance management. The supervisor is accountable for labor utilization, adherence to standard work, training compliance, quality outcomes, and production flow within their areas of responsibility.
