Sanitation Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

The 3rd Shift Supervisor coordinates and supervises activities of workers engaged in keeping equipment, machinery, and work areas in clean and orderly condition in compliance with HACCP standards. Inspect equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws and plant standards. Supervise crew and assures that crew is trained properly and working efficiently and effectively.

Purchases and maintains records of cleaning chemicals and related products.
