ACG_3646_JOB Our client, who is a leading provider of business advisory services across the Asia-Pacific region, is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team. Audit Engagement Delivery & Quality Control Oversee all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, execution, reporting, clearance, and finalization of audit files.
Lead and execute audit engagements in compliance with relevant regulations and firm standards. Ensure all audit activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on accounting standards and provide insights into complex accounting issues. Client Management Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional engagement.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders. Team Leadership & Development Supervise, mentor, and develop junior auditors to support their professional growth. Ensure the delivery of high-quality work across the audit team.
Requirements
Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in the audit field. Experience in group consolidated audits, with a strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and fulfill commitments. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
