Job description
This position will be at our Creek. Fire Property. We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for community building and common area housekeeping and landscaping as well as model home housekeeping, landscaping and make-ready. You will also perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
To do well in this role you should have previous experience in housekeeping, landscaping, basic maintenance and be skilled with various housekeeping, hand and power tools.
