What you can look forward to as Controller Planning & Reporting (m/f/d): Support annual operational planning in addition to the monthly forecasting process including consolidation, analysis, and synthesis of regional plans and targets Support monthly reviews of the business performance for each region, and ensure the alignment with timely completion of chances and risks, measures, and ad-hoc requirements Support preparation and development of all financial reporting and accounting analyses; this includes regular balance sheet reviews and implementation assurance of new accounting standards Support development of short and long-range financial, accounting, and controlling forecasts that assist in meeting goals and objectives across regions; this includes strategic target implementation and management Support to ensure compliance with all financial-related legal and company rules and regulations (i.
e. accounting standards, ZF corporate policy, governmental, etc.) Ensure the timely completion of monthly and year-end audit and financial reporting across regions Evaluate and promote continuous improvement of operating results; execute and advise on cost models for normal and special products Provide risk management and internal controls guidance to the plants and regional staff, support cash flow analysis and cash projections as needed and perform other duties as assigned Your Profile as Controller Planning & Reporting (m/f/d): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related discipline (or comparable) and several years of experience as a financial analyst, or comparable position/experience Experience in a durable goods manufacturing environment, specifically a plant or factory Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and cost controlling/engineering methods In-depth familiarity with plant and cost accounting principles as well as experience in financial planning and analysis and the generation of monthly executive-level reports Knowledge and ability in methods of communication, motivation, negotiation, and conflict management skills with a high-level of initiative/drive and Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP (functional) Organizational and project management abilities as well as excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management and English language competency both spoken and written Employee Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time Be part of our ZF Foxconn team and apply now!
