Community Clothes Closet Volunteer

The La Crosse Area Family YMCA Community Youth Center is seeking dedicated volunteers to support our Community Clothing Closet, a free resource that provides clothing to families in need. Role Responsibilities: Sort and organize clothing donations. Help maintain a clean and welcoming closet space. Assist individuals and families during shopping appointments.

Support with general organization and upkeep. Volunteer Shifts Available: Fridays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Second Tuesday of each month, 4:30 – 6:30 PM Additional flexible scheduling is available—volunteers may also come in at other times to assist with organizing and cleaning outside of shopping hours.

Requirements

Friendly, welcoming, and reliable. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working with diverse individuals and families.
