Job description

We’re actively hiring a Manufacturing Frontline Manager at our Tingalpa site. This is a frontline leadership role best suited to someone who genuinely prefers a night shift lifestyle and thrives in a challenging, high-responsibility operational environment with full ownership of shift performance.

You’ll lead a team of 12-14 operators, driving outcomes across safety, quality and output while building a strong, engaged and high-performing culture. During the interview you will provide us with clear, practical examples of how you’ve led teams and managed challenges.
