Service Site Leader

The Service Site Leader — Transportation for Ascential Care is responsible for leading all service operations at a designated customer site or cluster of sites within the transportation sector, ensuring the highest levels of equipment performance, uptime, and customer satisfaction. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, customer relationship ownership, and operational accountability.

The Service Site Leader acts as the primary Ascential Care representative at the customer site, managing a team of field service engineers and coordinating with central service functions to ensure service delivery excellence.
