Job description
The Senior Design Technologist is responsible for the design, planning, and documentation of RF, wireless, and wired telecommunications infrastructure, including outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) systems. This role develops scalable, standards-compliant designs for both radio/RF communication systems and copper/fiber network infrastructure, and produces construction-ready documentation to support installation, testing, and commissioning.
The Senior Design Technologist also provides technical mentorship and quality oversight across design projects, working closely with Sales, Service, Project Management, and clients.
