The Senior Store Designer manages, creates, and executes complex large-scale retail design projects including 2D and 3D architectural plans and construction documents that align with Ashley's brand objectives. This leadership role oversees an annual project portfolio averaging $50M, mentors design team members, manages vendor relationships, and drives process improvements that deliver cost savings and revenue growth.
Responsibilities include
traveling domestically and internationally to conduct field verification, oversee construction quality, lead visual merchandising, and ensure brand compliance across global retail locations.
