Job description
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, administration, security, and optimization of the organization’s core infrastructure, cloud services, messaging systems, telecom platforms, and endpoint environments. This role serves as the technical owner for assigned primary systems and provides secondary support coverage for additional domains to ensure continuity, resiliency, and operational flexibility across the IT environment.
